Mike and Barb- so sorry to hear about your dad. He was a great guy and great friend of my dad's! So many great memories of growing up together with our fun parents! Loved the newspaper clip of his hole in one! Take care!

Certain moments are carried with you for the rest of your life. One of those moments, for this Renwick girl, was choosing (with my fiance') my engagement ring and our wedding rings, assisted by Mr. Noonan. We've been married 51 years now, so I guess those rings came with a special bond! Condolences to the family on your loss. You must surely find comfort in knowing many people have a special memory of your father.

I had a very wonderful visit with Jim last December. We traveled memory lane going way back to when I was just a small child. I remembered his dad and Jim remembered my parents who rented his dad's farm, the Maury Noonan farm west of Eagle Grove for approximately 17 years. When I got married, my commerative set of dinnerware and flatware was purchased at the Noonan-Tomke jewelry along with several gifts for others purchased from the store over the next several years. My visit with Jim that December 2017 day was so refreshing in that he remembered me and my family and we could share stories about them. He just had the greatest smile . Our visit that day lasted about 2 hours, just two old timers sharing good stories. He was a great guy and I am sure his loss is deeply felt. His family has my deepest sympathies. Nancy M. Barb and Mike- I have known your parents all my life. I am sure I bought many wedding etc. presents at the store and I was always welcomed. I worked with your mom at the EG Fertilizer Plant in the office and we had many laughs. You had great parents and I can only assume you two are carrying on that tradition. I am very sorry for your loss.
